Rigorous and continuous training
Our employees undergo a minimum of 48 hours of training annually which covers 34 hours of technical and non-technical training as well as 14 hours of Health, Safety, Quality, Environment and Energy conservation awareness.
We follow well established training programs which runs throughout the year, to enhance relevant competencies, multi-skill exposure to areas such as Technical Training, Energy Conservation on Equipment / utilities, OEM Vendor Training, Tool Box Talk, Corporate Communication and Personality Development. Training is supervised by a Central Technical team consisting of Department Heads/ Sector Heads or Subject Specialists available at the central offices. We also encourage our employees to undergo in-house training led by our Senior Engineers/ Engineers and other experienced personnel.
We also facilitate external learning opportunities for our employees, which cover:

- Business Experts led training
- External Training/Workshops
